01 / Agreement
These terms cover the fKeyLabs service family.
By creating or using a fKey Account, connecting a provider, or using an account-backed fKeyLabs feature, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account-backed features. Local product features that do not require an account may remain available.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
02 / Your account
Keep access under your control.
- Provide accurate account information and use only provider accounts you are authorized to connect.
- Protect your Google, Twitch, or Kick account and promptly revoke unfamiliar fKey sessions.
- Do not share product-session credentials, device secrets, stream keys, or access tokens.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account until access is revoked or the account is deleted.
03 / Acceptable use
Use the tools without harming people or systems.
You may not use fKeyLabs services to break the law, violate another person’s rights, bypass provider restrictions, distribute malware, probe or overload the service, obtain unauthorized access, resell account access, or interfere with another user’s streams, data, or devices.
Automated use must respect published limits and product behavior. fKeyLabs may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access needed to protect users, providers, or service reliability.
04 / Providers and content
Your content stays yours; provider rules still apply.
You retain your rights in recordings, streams, clips, messages, layouts, and other content. You grant only the limited permission needed to process content for a feature you request, such as delivering a stream or storing a selected backup.
Google, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Google Play, Google Drive, and destination services are independent providers. Their terms, moderation rules, availability, and account decisions apply in addition to these terms. fKeyLabs does not control their services.
05 / Billing
Each purchase identifies its billing provider.
New fStream Creator subscriptions are purchased through Stripe on the fKeyLabs website at the price and renewal interval shown before checkout. Stripe subscriptions can be updated or cancelled through the billing portal. Existing Google Play fStream subscriptions remain billed, cancelled, and refunded through Google Play.
Creator removes advertising and expands the account limits shown at purchase. fKey Credits are prepaid metered-service value, with one credit equal to one US cent. Auto Server is the current consumer and uses the rate and minimum reservation shown by the server catalog before purchase; future products may use the same balance. Refunds or chargebacks reverse the corresponding credit and may create an adjustment due when credit has already been used.
06 / Software releases
Preview software can change.
Some fKeyLabs downloads are marked testing, preview, beta, or unsigned. They may contain defects, change compatibility, or require replacement before a final release. Release pages identify the current package and update authority where available.
You may use the software for its intended creator workflow. You may not remove ownership notices, impersonate fKeyLabs, or distribute modified packages as official releases. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
07 / Availability
No streaming system is failure-proof.
Features may be interrupted by networks, devices, provider APIs, platform policy, maintenance, or defects. Keep independent copies of important recordings and configuration. Do not rely on a preview build or cloud feature as the only copy of critical media.
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular broadcast. Liability is limited to the extent the law allows; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
08 / Ending use
You can leave; abusive access can be stopped.
You may disconnect providers, revoke app sessions, stop using products, or delete the account at any time. fKeyLabs may suspend or terminate account access for material misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or sustained service harm.
Terms that naturally survive—such as content ownership, third-party licenses, completed billing obligations, and lawful limitations—continue after account closure. Updated terms will show a new effective date.
